Gig Guide: Nov 2nd – Nov 8th
This week, there are plenty of fantastic shows happening across Australia. If you are stuck for plans, how about an impromptu gig to keep your weekend interesting?
Thursday Nov 5th – The Waifs are currently wrapping up their national ‘Beautiful You’ tour which they first began back in September. They will be playing the Enmore Theatre this Thursday 6th with special guest Mia Dyson supporting them, before finishing their tour with final shows in Alice Springs and Darwin.
Friday Nov 6th – If you are feeling like something a little heavier, Old-skool rockers, The Superjesus are currently making a comeback around Australia after their first release in over a decade, with their single The Setting Sun’. If you craving some nostalgic fun, you want to head to the Factory Theatre on Friday.
Sunday Nov 8th – In Melbourne, one of the fastest growing Australian rock bands Northlane, are currently on tour. They have managed to sell out a greta number of shows, and including in Melbourne, however the boys have announced a second show on Nov 8th for those who missed out on tickets the first time round. These guys are heading for great things. Be sure to check them out at 170 Russell.
Saturday 7th Nov – After wrapping an exhaustive run of dates across the UK and Europe, encompassing 36 stops from Manchester to Madrid, CW Stoneking is finally back home and playing short run of shows. He’ll revisit tracks from his most recent album, ‘Gon Boogaloo, as well as a few surprises. His evening show is sold out, however there are a small amount of tickets remaining for his matinee show on the same day. He will be on stage at 3:15pm the Corner Hotel.
