If you are curled up on your couch depressed that you won’t be bringing in the New Year standing side by side with thousands of festival goers at Falls Festivals this holiday period, do not fret because ABC is going to save your New Year’s Eve!

It was announced today that the ABC will be broadcasting live from Falls Festival Lorne and Byron Bay straight to your lounge, where you can sit back or dance without the bother of being pushed up against hundreds of sweaty topless humans.

You will be able to tune in from 11pm until midnight on New Year’s Eve and check out acts such as Foals, Bloc Party, The Wombats, Courtney Barnett and countless other wonderful and delightful artists.
